1. OnStar Remote Access
The Trax comes with a complimentary 3-year subscription to the OnStar Remote Access Plan, putting a host of convenient features at your fingertips. Using your smartphone and the myChevrolet Mobile App, you can get your Trax ready before you even head out the door by remotely starting the engine and checking its tire pressure and fuel level. If you can’t remember where you parked, you can even get walking directions that will take you straight to your vehicle.
2. Spacious and Quiet Cabin
With its new design, the Trax gets even more interior space, including three extra inches of rear legroom. Its comfortable seats accommodate five passengers, and Active Noise Cancellation blocks, absorbs, and cancels outside sounds to create a tranquil environment inside. The Trax’s cargo area is bigger, too, with 25.6 cu. ft. of space that expands to 54.1 cu. ft. when you fold the 60/40 split rear seats.
3. Impressive Infotainment
Featuring an easy-to-use touchscreen interface, the Trax’s infotainment system has a standard 8-inch or available 11-inch display. With standard wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, you can connect your phone to the system cord-free to display driving directions or listen to your favorite sounds on the audio system. Four USB ports help you keep your device batteries ready to use, and Wi-Fi hotspot capability provides a reliable connection for up to seven devices with an OnStar data subscription.
4. Chevy Safety Assist
To assist with safer driving, the Trax comes with Chevy Safety Assist’s six advanced safety technologies. Included in this package is Forward Collision Alert, which detects the vehicle ahead of yours and warns you if you’re following too closely or if a collision may be imminent. If you don’t react to the warning, Automatic Emergency Braking can help you prevent or mitigate a collision by applying the brakes.
Also included with Chevy Safety Assist is Lane Keep Assist with Lane Departure Warning. This system can detect unintentional lane departures by monitoring your Trax’s position relative to lane markers on the road.
