It was a very comfortable,quick and no pressure process of picking out and buying a vehicle. Salesman Anthony and all other members completely answered all our questions and actually listened to what we were wanting. They were very open and fair with the sale and with our trade-in. Financing listened to us and provided fair deal and was very quick with the closure. Walker Chevy provided a very relaxed and stress free experience.

The service Dept was very fast at getting my oil change done. Very friendly. I talked to Chris about a cargo mat and luckily you had one in stock and him and Hank even installed it for me. Will be bringing my car there for anything I need in the future.

They need to make sure everything is approved before preforming the task and not wait till it is completed then say there holding the vehicle until approval from insurance the day it’s done NOT A GOOD SERVICE!!

Great service but I did not like seeing greasy finger prints on my hood. My car is white so ur was very noticeable.

I needed an oil change on 2024 Corvette and State Inspection sticker was due. All was performed in a timely manner and staff was very courteous even Mr. Walker spent some time with me. Very friendly bunch of folks that are employed there.

I was frustrated because I had to go back in & ask why the psi on my tires weren’t the same after they rotated them. She ask me what I wanted them to be & I said whatever they should be. She was rude about it like i didn’t know what I was talking about

I was very well pleased! I got there before my appointment time and they took me right in and covered my seat so it would stay clean, and got everything done in a timely manner! Everyone was very friendly and it was a great experience!

Checked out my car very well to take on a trip this weekend. Did oil change, tires rotated and balanced, new brake pads and rotors done. However, I was surprised that old sticker re the due date for oil change was not removed from upper left windshield. A new one was not placed there. Also, the oil wasn’t reset to 100%. And the tires were very different pressures even though tires were just balanced and rotated. They were 32 and 33 on driver’s side and 35 and 36 on the passenger’s side. Everything else was fine.

The alignment was done quickly and I was on my way. Totally satisfied!!

Quote for replacing a shifter on my car - Labor cost was $480. Other dealers in the area are $160 to $263. Lost all respect for the Walker Dealership. Especially when the shifter is an issue with many Chevy models and there have been many law suits with the issue. Thought they would try to help but to try to charge me 50-75% more is an insult.

I left a car for an oil change. They changed the old and gave it back. It was not a transcendental experience. I did not expect it to be.

The appointment was easy to set up. The work was done very well in a timely manner. The staff was very curteous. The waiting area was clean and made the wait relaxing.

I purchased my truck early this year and have been able to smell antifreeze within the first week. I have had it serviced twice since and told them it needed repaired, the technician notes both times are there isn’t an antifreeze leak. I have seen antifreeze running down and dripping off the front differential. I have been a heavy equipment technician for 30 years I’m pretty sure I know what I am talking about.

160 Dollars to troubleshoot rear door, window motor and $320 labor to install $149 whenever labor cost are totally ridiculous. Will not be back at your dealership.

( another dealership I found the Equinox that I was wanting a AWD the salesman told me no it's FWD and told me several times it's FWD. Before I left the lot I walked to that equinox looked at the MSRP sticker on the window it read AWD I knew it was I looked at it several times. I was told at another car dealership you can order what you want i said I don't want to order it takes to long the salesman said maybe you need to look some where else he should of said let's go look on the computer we can find what you are looking for I won't mention the dealerships names I am just voicing my experiences.) I will be back Walker I need to purchase a rubber mat for the back cargo area." You Go Walker chevrolet ! " Thanks again.

Went in for 2nd oil change on a car I bought in May. Service technician tried to tell me my wipers needed replaced my air filter and my cabin air filter needed change. I refused because of the $259 charge that went along with it. I check my wipers thee was no streaking I pulled my cabin air filter and it was clean as could be along with the air filter. We felt like we was being taken advantage of. Very sad because I have bought to car from Walker Chevy this year alone.

Within an hour we had worked out a deal and then John even volunteered to bring me the vehicle since I wouldn’t be able to come until Saturday. I pulled right in, I was even a few minutes late, and they took my car shortly after I checked in. In the meantime, there were desks available in the waiting room for me to work. I was able to plug in my computer and get things done while I waited for my car. The car was finished before I was. I was only there for 1 hour. Fantastic service and experience. 10/10 recommend!

I scheduled new tire installation online after choosing the tires i wanted. The next day, I was contacted by the Service Dept to verify whether or not i had already spoke to someone about getting them in. I told them that I hadn't and they said no problem, they would make sure they had the tires for my appointment. Apparently they did because all went smoothly and timely.

When I bought my car the guy in the fiance department selling gap and the others. Said if I hit a curb get a flat hit a pole hole my tire would be covered regardless. Welp that was a lie. I have a nail in the side wall and couldn't get fixed. But you all gladly put 899.00 on the total of my car. You should be ashamed. But will look else where on any maintenance or up keeping or anything

The service was great. However, my car is squeaking and my husband asked if the technician could listen to it to see if he could determine what it was. They said it would cost $150 just to listen to the car...not to even do anything to it. I think that is ridiculous and price gouging.

I called for an appointment that morning and they got me in that afternoon. I got stuck in traffic and called to let them know I was going to be late. They made the appointment 30 minutes later so I could make it. They are always good to help you when they can. Then the service was good and correct.

Took vehicle in a stated that it had a miss/hesitation when accelerating on an uphill grade. Was scheduled to be diagnosed at 10 am. Called at 3 pm and service adviser said that technician was getting ready to take vehicle on a test drive. Received a text at 3:45 saying vehicle was completed. Called and they said they couldn’t find/feel a miss. I feel that vehicle was not properly tested and diagnosed properly and hesitation is still there.
