Staff very pleasant and helpful to work with will recommend this dealership ask for salesman Jackson.If they don't have what you are looking for on their lot they will find the vehicle you are looking for they did when my husband bought his truck. ( another dealership I found the Equinox that I was wanting a AWD the salesman told me no it's FWD and told me several times it's FWD. Before I left the lot I walked to that equinox looked at the MSRP sticker on the window it read AWD I knew it was I looked at it several times. I was told at another car dealership you can order what you want i said I don't want to order it takes to long the salesman said maybe you need to look some where else he should of said let's go look on the computer we can find what you are looking for I won't mention the dealerships names I am just voicing my experiences.) Arrived at scheduled time and service was completed promptly. Staff notified me of software updates that will have to be scheduled later. Simply put, this service was timely and staff was kind and professional.

Went in for 2nd oil change on a car I bought in May. Service technician tried to tell me my wipers needed replaced my air filter and my cabin air filter needed change. I refused because of the $259 charge that went along with it. I check my wipers thee was no streaking I pulled my cabin air filter and it was clean as could be along with the air filter. We felt like we was being taken advantage of. Very sad because I have bought to car from Walker Chevy this year alone.

Salesman was Anthony Wells and he was top notch to deal with. Very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends.

I purchased my truck early this year and have been able to smell antifreeze within the first week. I have had it serviced twice since and told them it needed repaired, the technician notes both times are there isn’t an antifreeze leak. I have seen antifreeze running down and dripping off the front differential. I have been a heavy equipment technician for 30 years I’m pretty sure I know what I am talking about.

Very difficult in getting some one to answer the phone. Was told several times that my car would be done & always had an excuse that as example the turn signal would not work or needed another part. Was not a good experience

The service was great. However, my car is squeaking and my husband asked if the technician could listen to it to see if he could determine what it was. They said it would cost $150 just to listen to the car...not to even do anything to it. I think that is ridiculous and price gouging.

I called for an appointment that morning and they got me in that afternoon. I got stuck in traffic and called to let them know I was going to be late. They made the appointment 30 minutes later so I could make it. They are always good to help you when they can. Then the service was good and correct.

160 Dollars to troubleshoot rear door, window motor and $320 labor to install $149 whenever labor cost are totally ridiculous. Will not be back at your dealership.

Best car buying experience ever! I called to check on a vehicle and spoke with John Rogers. Within an hour we had worked out a deal and then John even volunteered to bring me the vehicle since I wouldn’t be able to come until Saturday. I have never dealt with a salesman as courteous and outgoing as John was! I will be recommending John to anyone I know looking for a vehicle.

I scheduled new tire installation online after choosing the tires i wanted. The next day, I was contacted by the Service Dept to verify whether or not i had already spoke to someone about getting them in. I told them that I hadn't and they said no problem, they would make sure they had the tires for my appointment. Apparently they did because all went smoothly and timely.

When I bought my car the guy in the fiance department selling gap and the others. Said if I hit a curb get a flat hit a pole hole my tire would be covered regardless. Welp that was a lie. I have a nail in the side wall and couldn't get fixed. But you all gladly put 899.00 on the total of my car. You should be ashamed. But will look else where on any maintenance or up keeping or anything

Waited 2 and half hours for an oil change. I had an appointment scheduled for 9 am and left at 11:30.

I came in because I had trouble out of the first car that I bought new and have had issues with from day 1 … went to trade it in look a few cars once I pick one they told me I could not have that one well if I can’t have it don’t show me that car so I left with another car I didn’t want

Great first service

I pulled right in, I was even a few minutes late, and they took my car shortly after I checked in. In the meantime, there were desks available in the waiting room for me to work. I was able to plug in my computer and get things done while I waited for my car. The car was finished before I was. I was only there for 1 hour. Fantastic service and experience. 10/10 recommend!

I always get good service except I was not expecting all the replacement I had to do. It took a hit on my budget but everything thing you did was good

WAIT TIME SHOULD BE BETTER

Took vehicle in a stated that it had a miss/hesitation when accelerating on an uphill grade. Was scheduled to be diagnosed at 10 am. Called at 3 pm and service adviser said that technician was getting ready to take vehicle on a test drive. Received a text at 3:45 saying vehicle was completed. Called and they said they couldn’t find/feel a miss. I feel that vehicle was not properly tested and diagnosed properly and hesitation is still there.

i was not told the truth about my service call visit. took vehichle to the dealership on an appointment and was told the next day that nothing had been done to the vehichle and were not sure when they would get to it. i called back later that day and it was if i was just a bother to even the receptionist just o transfer my call. service deptartment was rude and not helpful in any way. told that they were booked out until april in the transmission dept. i called other certified gm dealers and took my truck to one of them with same day service. was going to buy purchase another vehichle on walker chevrolets lot but decided not to after their attention and attitude. i would not recomend them to anyone. i hope this gets published

Very non professional as the car was brought in to check out the transmission and because of some other damage underneath the decision was that they would not do anything to help me out. I’m very disappointed however, I guess you have to go by the rules.

The Walker dealership went over and above in assisting me with my vehicle issues. While in the Myrtle Beach area for Christmas 2025, my Tahoe stopped having a reverse gear. I contacted two local Chevrolet Dealers in the Myrtle Beach area for help, and they offered no help at all. (My Tahoe is clearly under warranty.) Walker sent a loaner vehicle to me as well as hauled my Tahoe back to Nitro, WV. At that point Walker repaired the Tahoe, under warranty. I cannot say enough about Walaker Chevrolet and the service they have always provided to me. I will always purchase my vehicles from the Walker family and will tell everyone about their great support and services. The other dealerships should try to emulate Walker Chevrolet's Service and commitment to their customers!!

I was a half hour late for my appointment because I had my appointment time confused. It was entirely my fault. Instead of making me feel awful and have to reschedule, they took me right in. My oil change was completed quickly and I was back on the road in no time.

I was charged for 3 hours of labor for only 2 hours and 15 minutes of total time in the dealership. At 160 dollars an hour for labor I thought that extra 45 minutes I was charged was unfair. At a total cost of over 770 dollars for changing out spark plugs only.

My brakes are squeaking and I forgot to mention it but would of thought when driving it in to be serviced, while servicing it, or while driving it out once serviced they would of heard the squeaking and asked me (I was waiting in the waiting room) if I wanted them to service them? We had a 2024 Chevy traverse previously and it did the same thing, after having the vehicle for roughly 6 months or less, brakes started to squeak and can’t figure out why considering yhe car is still fairly new?

Did not fix a tire that has a slow leak. I have to put air in the tire daily. But was told the mechanic could not find anything wrong with the tire!!
